This video details how I managed to tackle and handle the most dangerous and risky flight of my life where a lot of things went wrong but we did everything perfectly and managed to make a very safe landing!

A small sensor giving feedback to MCAS system caused so much damage to the 737max series and so i think there should be atleast 4-5 backup sensors for each critical system in various locations of the aircraft. But what do i know , Just a common man.

The problem is, placing many pitot tube around the aircraft won’t solve the issue. When aircraft hit air directly, air get disturbed, and if pitot tube gets those disturbed air into it will cause false information, so the only place to put those pitot tube to nose of the aircraft, and yes aircraft has many pitot tube sensors in the nose of the aircraft. Its very unlikely situation to have failed all of the sensors together.

Pitots can't be placed at various locations in first place. They have to be placed near the nose of the aircraft for the correct measurement of indicated airspeed(still it has lots of errors in it). And also there are already too many components like antennas, alpha vanes, vortex generators protruding outside the aircraft at various locations. Placing more such sensors will simply disturb the airflow around the airplane and that's never a cost effective and lift generative process. They simply will increase drag.

I have been on a plane as a passenger when we had to divert while on approach due to weather. I also was on a plane in Chicago, during our take off roll the MD-80 experienced Engine failure, the pilots stopped the plane right away.

Well done Sir! If I remember rightly, a similar incident occured in Air France 447- Pitot tube iced and blocked ( but that was on both the sides) - they crashed!

During my first solo release (which was in diamond da40), as soon as i took off, according to sop we have to climb initially at 67 kts and then at 70kts. after flaps to up, we have to climb at 75kts and reduce power to 25 MAP, but in my case, after take off, my speed was stuck at 65 and it was fluctuating a lot and also was touching speeds of 60. i could hear the stall horn and i even looked out to spot a feild was emergency landing 15 degrees either side. I broke the climb and didn't reduce any power and checked all levers and flaps. i completed the circuit and landed back. it was my first solo and encountered my first emergency. It was a bit of a scary flight but also a very interesting flight.

Bro mine flight also didn't land in leh in 2016 my jet airways pilot announced that we cannot land in leh so we are returning back to Delhi! Were u my pilot?

We were flying to Hawaii for a layover flying to Asia. Everything was fine till all of a sudden all lights turned off, they announced electrical problem. I thought oh no were going to crash😢. Luckily we were close to the airport, we landed fine. Eversince that happened I fly non-stop no layovers. Another flight leaving Asia nothing but huge turbulence the whole flight. I'm surprised the plane didn't go down. After that, I quit flying for many years. Thank you to these kind of videos that teaches us that flying is safer than we think.

Hi Tapesh, A few months back I was travelling to Bangalore. And the flight in which I was onboarded, it experienced an engine surge/compressor stall during its descent for landing. Could you please make a video to explain what engine surge/compressor stall exactly is? And how do pilots deal with that?

I read somewhere its 50ft since you will be able to land with 0 ft visibility as well through IFR but won’t be able to taxi afterwards.

heyy well I don't know you will answer my question or not but lemme ask it here. just a few months ago a pilot was fired just because he landed his plane on the opposite direction of runaway... like whats the issue if he did so ? he made it safe to the ground!

On the contrary, we were actually told what is wrong with the aircraft! On a Malaysia Airlines flight from Kuala Lumpur to Delhi, after boarding, the pilot announced that they have noticed some technical glitch with the landing gear and that it’s being looked into and the flight will be delayed! Jab tak Delhi mein land nahi kiya darr laga hua tha 🤦‍♂️

i once had a turbulance on my indigo flight but he pilot didnt told anything becouse it was a small turbulance but the pilots swith on the seatbell sign but everything was okay on the flight
