Ola, tudo bem?! In this video, I teach you some words in PORTUGUESE. It's all whispered and all improved, just how most of you like it. There are also some tingley writing sounds of marker on paper for a good portion of the video.
Again, feel free my fellow portuguese and brazilian people, to correct me on any errors I made. I am just trying to get back in the groove of it and we're all learning here.

Portuguese from Portugal is like English from England: More traditional but harder to understand while Portuguese from Brazil is more like American English: not the original but more popular and easier to learn.

Awww you GUYSSS, there are sooo many comments I wanted to reply to but for some reason it kept stating "comment failed to post" when I tried replying. Maybe KZfaq is reading it as spam? I'm going to fast? You just can't handle the heat youtube, huh?? :P Just know that I AM READING them and I'm adoring them!! Sooo many of your comments seriously make me so happy . You guys are SO WONDERFUL. And can I say how OVERJOYED I am to see portuguese comments and portuguese people (of all countries) pouring into the comment section??! It warms my heart!! I am SO happy to be one of the first few to make an ASMR video in portuguese from PORTUGAL. It is an honor! Obrigado is when a Male is talking. And obrigada is when a female is talking. We Just usually say: desculpe, desculpa, or, peço desculpa. And all of that means I am sorry. But you were super well❤️ i'm glad i found you. Ps: I am portuguese❤️

Just wanted to let you know that I was working on a Christmas special ASMR vid that was suppose to go up today but in the process of doing that, my computer screen broke...(not the kind of christmas eve one would hope for * SIGH * ). Little tip, for the word "obrigado/a", the gender of the word varies depending on the gender of whoever spoke it. Men will always say "obrigado" and women will always say "obrigada". Remember, "obrigado" is a word with a different meaning than just "thank you", it also means "obliged", or "I am obliged to return the favor". The pronoun "I" is the salient bit, and that's why it changes with the gender of the speaker. Fun fact about the word "obrigado", it is the origin of the japanese word for "thank you", which is "arigato", which is what the word devolved into after being introduced to Japan by portuguese explorers in the 16th century.

maybe there's a difference between br portuguese and pt portuguese in that regard, 'cause I'm Brazilian and I've never seen the word "porque" used in the context of a question. Even if the question is just "why?!" we still use "por quê?!", and it sounds the same. Now I'm curious how you pronounce that then, if you say it's pronounced differently. hmmmm guess I'll never know

Por quê:Quando vier antes de um ponto, o por quê deverá vir acentuado e continuará com o significado de “por qual motivo”, “por qual razão”.Andar cinco quilômetros, por quê? Vamos de carro. Porque(because):É conjunção causal ou explicativa, com valor aproximado de “pois”, “uma vez que”, “para que”.Ex:Não vá fazer intrigas porque prejudicará você mesmo. (uma vez que) Porquê:É substantivo e tem significado de “o motivo”, “a razão”. Vem acompanhado de artigo, pronome, adjetivo ou numeral.Ex:Diga-me um porquê para não fazer o que devo. (uma razão)

Hi, I want to say that your Portuguese is very good. And just to clarify on how to use the word obrigado: if you consider yourself a male, you say "Obrigado", if you consider yourself a female, you say "Obrigada". Great job on your videos. Another thing. The differences between the porquês: Por que (separated) it refers to a question. Porque (together) it refers to an answer. Por quê = it refers to a question at the end of a phrase. (Você gosta de matemática, por quê?) Porquê = it refers to the noun.

Your Portuguese is pretty good, in Aruba we speak "Papiamento" which is similar to Spanish & Portuguese in a lot of ways, it makes Spanish easy as hell to learn but gets trickier when it comes to Portuguese

Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan, French, Italian, Galician, Romanian and all the languages that come from Latin are similar to each other

Joan Marco just because they come from the same language does not mean they are similar. I am a native portuguese speaker and I have absolutely no clue what is romanian is about when I hear it. from the other side I can understand spanish very well and italian decently

Sorry to break it to you but it’s the algorithm at work, relevancy is very influenced by popular videos or videos that are getting a lot of comments. The algorithm will feed you more of these videos because people like them. This is the problem with small channels, you’d need to go around and comment on videos for people to find your channel, the current algorithm filters out the smaller channels from their results.

Had you said this a few months back, I would've been like "ohh I dunno" because I use to get nervous with even the thought of making a roleplay, let alone a popular roleplay like a cranial nerve exam, but with more practice and every video I post, I feel more confident in my ASMRing lol. I'm forming a style, so working with that will help me through it. And YAA!! SO excitedd!! 😁
