I don't care what anyone says, if this movie is focused on the music above anything else they did it right. I think that would be the way Freddie would want it.

I am too young to have experienced Queen in their prime, but when I was 13 I bought their Greatest Hits album on CD about a week before Freddie died. I remember how strange it felt, to get this great album with all these amazing songs and then a week later the guy who's singing them dies. The news announced he had AIDS and then the next day he was gone. That was the first time I'd experienced a rock star who's music I really liked was alive, then died while I was still enjoying their music.

Saw this movie over the weekend and it was EXCELLENT! Rami Malek as Freddie was incredible. The whole Queen story as depicted brilliantly. Going to see it again soon.

At 63 I have been to a lot of movies. I have seen the best and the worst, in my opinion of course. However there have only been two movies, in my life time of theatre going, where something really magical happened. Last night, for the second time, people stood and clapped as this incredible movie ended. Everybody was talking to everybody about the journey we were just on. As a huge Queen and Freddie fan, I can safely say Bohemian Rapsody will not disappoint. Be prepared to rock and.....................

I saw "Bohemian Rhapsody" Friday evening with friends, who also adore Freddie and Queen. I felt the pain Freddie's soul experienced being rejected by his father. However, while watching Freddie passionately sing and dance at Live Aid, my aching heart healed.

I’ve watched the trailers so many times!! My heart is just pumping!! I’ll be seeing this movie alone for the first time. Then maybe go with friends after that. I need to see it alone so I can have my moment. ❤️

just saw an early showing of Bohemian Rhapsody..OMG it is WELL DONE! It has the right balance for those who want the behind the scenes Queen movie and the Freddie Mercury bio-pix. It examines the relationship with his parents, the band and Mary ..BUT YOU WILL SPEND THE REST OF THE DAY LISTENING TO QUEEN and wondering why we list to all of these autotuned "singers". I will see it again! Oh, Freddie loved cats!

The best part about this movie is its depiction of the creative process the band goes through in making the kind of music that is distinctively and unmistakably QUEEN.

Finally seen the movie last night and I’ve never ever in my life seen a movie that I’m willing to go back and watch as many times as possible as this movie. Queen was more from my parents generation but I knew their music but never their story. This story will tug on your heartstrings and the acting was beyond brilliant that if Rami doesn’t win an Oscar id be disappointed. The story between Freddie and Mary made my heart sore. It is a love story that isn’t your stereotypical love story, what they had was true love and true love can be interpreted in many different ways in which this story will show you. I have a profound respect for Queen and their story and I’m so grateful that their story was brought to life. Truly incredible

I watched BoRhap yesterday. It was an AMAZING movie. It was like i saw the real Queen band, not as the actors. Rami Malek did a great portrayal of Freddie. He nailed it. His eyes speaks. Gwilym Lee, Ben Hardy and Joe Mazello gave justice to their role as Queen members. These 4 amazing actors has good chemistry, as group and band. This movie, you will feel mixed emotions. Laugh, tears, anger, admiration and love. I cried thrice and can't help myself singing along with their songs. Worth the wait, to watch this movie and finally last night, i made it. Happy and enjoyed it. Even if i am just a toddler and didn't know you, when you died. I felt like i knew you long before. ❤️👍😃 RIP Mr. Fahrenheit, Freddie Mercury and Long live Queen. I'm so happy to finally see a movie this big about Freddie Mercury in my lifetime.He deserves all the attention of the world years later.I hope years from now future generations honor him again and again.And by that also honor Queen.They all great! From Earth to Heave.

personally, i think Freddie Mercury was a role model to many people because all the resolutions that he propose himselfe he did them, and the actor expres it very well.

From my point of view ,Freddy Mercury's performance in this film is outstanding! The leading roles are so real and the music is the same so it is like you are seeing Freddy in the real life .I feel really comfortable listening to him and i started to listened to him at a nearly age .I think it is so good that all the people these days are listening to his music all the time.

I saw this last week with a friend... I think I'll sneak out tomorrow afternoon and watch it again. There wasn't one person who wasn't in awe of Malek and the whole cast. Don't listen to the critics regarding this movie. It's heart wrenching and heart warming at the same time, but above all, it's about the music.

Looks like they do well showing how they recorded the song Bohemian Rhapsody. Frankly if they just spent 2 hours on that one song, and how they recorded it, and the experimental techniques and tricks they used to get that entire masterpiece on tape long before computers and emulators or programmed keyboards and 16 track machines and 100 channel desks, I could watch this movie a hundred times.

Just got home from watching this, I will simply admit that I cried. Not because of sadness, well maybe a little because we all know how the whole story inevitably ends, but this movie is a great dedication to the band as a whole, but especially to Freddie. Rami Malek deserves full recognition for his performance, from minute one you could tell he put his whole heart and soul into this. The Live Aid set at the end caps off a great experience. I will also say that I do not believe you have to be a Queen fan to enjoy this, but I will bet any amount of money that you will walk out a Queen fan. Now to work out when I will have time to see it again. And again. And again.

I remember being completely drowned in Queen’s music back in elementary and middle school. I kind of forgot about them for a while, so I’m so glad that this movie opened my eyes back up and got me back into Queen. And fully aware that I’m bisexual now, I’m able to connect with him in a way I never would’ve thought I would.

The movie I’ve been wanting for 10 years

Just came back from watching this. It was amazing!!! It should win an Oscar and all the cast should get Oscars. And I have no clue how it could receive any criticism at all. The way critics were talking you'd think all the bad stuff would be glossed over (It wasn't) and that they only mentioned Freddie was gay in passing (They did more than that.). I don't think it needed to be any more explicit than it already was. They did a perfect job of getting the message across of was was going on. I think they reached the perfect balance. The actors were so good it was hard to wrap your head around the fact that these were actors and you're not actually watching the band members. I did my best to hold in the tears at times but finally they streamed down my face near the end. I think the original band's involvement went a long way to bringing this story to life in such a real and true manner. And I really appreciate everyone who worked so hard on it to make every detail perfect. The love put into this project really shows.

I literally went to the cinema twice to watch this movie in just a week, and next weekend I’m going to go and watch it again. When it comes out in cd I’m 100% buying it. This, for me, is the best film I’ve ever seen. It’s just magical since the very beginning. Rami makes you fall in love with Freddie and really see Freddie’s soul. Just amazed by this master piece.

When I was a teenager I would sit in my room with headphones on and be lost in the music of Queen. I would look at the album cover and wonder what it would be like to be in a room with them and simply enjoy a good party like we did in the 70's - some of you may know the details of what that could entail. I will have to watch this movie alone and have a good cry over losing Freddie!

I went to see this and was NOT disappointed in the slightest. I took my mamma and while watching, we were jamming out to every song. It's one thing to grow up listening to them and hearing their songs on the radio, it's a whole 'nother experience to SEE them in HD. This was the best movie I've seen in a long time.

I seriously don't understand who would give this film a bad review. It is so well made, as a crazy fan I feared it would suck- it was so good I went again just to feel that rush one more time.

It's extremely scary how well Rami Malek portrayed Freddie Mercury. The final Live Aid performance in the movie will leave you shaking it's so good, it mirrors the actual performance almost to a T, even including the Pepsi and beer cups on the piano

I will remember this movie for a long time. The cast could not have been more perfect and Rami did a brilliant job. One day, when he is an old man, he will look back and say "I made it with the movie Queen". I think Freddie M. would absolutely love it, that people still adore his music and they even made a movie about him. Queen forever! 🤘💋🤘

Freddie Mercury: We’re all legends

I just watched this, growing up he was my favorite however I questioned my sexuality so I stopped listening to his music, I finally had peace with his life and mine, I somehow judged Freddie Mercury but he was amazing he was the most generous and caring man towards others. You are a legend Freddie, if you guys have time this movie is one hell of an experience yes an experience!! you get to see also what it’s like behind those stage lights. This movie is just spectacular, I am a happy transgender, and I will now continue loving what was put to a stop. You are an amazing man, Freddie! One of the best movies made in my whole life, I cried and people judged him, myself included but I was wrong. He is amazing gaaaaahhh no words for the actors and actresses. I felt like a rockstar watching this movie and I don’t even sing. You can be whoever you want and I want all of you to know that! No time for losers cause we are the champions!!!!

Rami does a stunning job, of channeling, evoking and bringing Freddie back to us, full throttle, nothing held back. At one point, Rami mentioned..he just 'dissolves into Freddie'...I was delighted to see this and they picked the absolutely spot-on actor to do it..

I was born way after freddie died, but queen was such a big part of my child hood, the live aid brought me to tears, such an amazing guy and person I looked up to so full of life, now when i listen to queen music parts of me wants to cry but i enjoy it because that's what freddy wanted with his music.

Just watched Bohemian Rhapsody and thoroughly enjoyed it. The highlight for me was the Live Aid segment, because of Freddy's resurrection. All of their music are classics. Thank you Queen.
