Michael Rinkle yeah written in the mid 70’s AIDS hadn’t been heard of. It’s just a great song written by a genius. Sadly the music they pass off today to the kids is just ridiculous and not even music. Anyway I’m hoping that was sarcasm and your sense of humour dude. Rock on. 🤘🏻

about what i was thinking when i herd this. Its a very good cover and i appreciate anthony having at it and I know this video is like old (as of typing this). when i listen to this it kind of makes me think why he didn't do a more slightly discordant kind of voices during some lyrics since serj and daron have very unique singing voices when not in sync with each other that you'd hear some of there songs. Still absolutely stellar work

@@raphlesiamusic They took a hiatus in 2005 after Mezmerize and Hypnotize, but Serj has been too busy with his solo work and there have been a few spats between band members over interviews and social media. They're also too busy touring everywhere around the world but the U.S.

This guy is to underrated. I use to listen to SOAD all the time and he got so meny different styles of soad to compliment queens structure of the song. This is music art on a completely different level. Great job !!

I cannot imagine seeing this and disliking it.. Like what could possibly be the reason? Maybe older people expecting to hear Queen/angered by his version betraying the original? I can't fathom any other reason. This is so effing spot on it blows my mind completely. He captured system of a down so well this could have been one of their songs... He wrote the music perfectly. Did the vocals perfectly. Sang beautifully, recorded and mixed it beautifully. I'm inclined to say this was an absolutely flawless example of what he set out to do. I can't fathom how it could be any better. This is the kinda stuff that if he told me he's been working on just this song for the last 6 months to nail it I'd still be impressed but dude knocks it out of the park over and over again with these covers. This man's talent is absolutely massive. I can't imagine giving this video a thumbs down unless for some reason you found yourself loathing.. With insurmountable searing anger, AGONIZING over the incalculable jealousy that overcame you when you watched this video. When you saw the raw talent, the likes of which you're forbidden to possess even in your dreams whilst you ride unicorns and fornicate with love interests from years past.. and that one actress nobody understands why you have an unwavering crush on, as she has nearly zero conventional beauty by anyone's standards. You abhor this man, or rather the adoration you have for him and his gifts and musical talents of which you were never lucky enough (or perhaps motivated enough?) to have bestowed upon you. The bitter taste in your mouth lingers for what feels like ages. Only to return every time you hear System of a down or queen or a man singing.. Even a bird chirping merrily. All of these things and more are stark reminders of the grotesque unfairness that is the genetic lottery. And the loathsome individual whom encumbered you with this hatred. After witnessing what he has, what you may never have, even briefly, but would sell your soul in an instant to experience, if only for a moment... Yes IT WAS ME! OK! I GAVE THE VIDEO A THUMBS DOWN CHRIST! Leave me alone OK! Screw this dude! and his gorgeous hair... AND studly beard. *Starts bawling* I love you.. I love you... I'm sorry... You're so amazing. No not you, the dude in the video.

I was in a soad cover band for 6 years ! This is amazing for so many reasons, vocal harmonies, elements of darrons live impromptu interludes , johns deep tom drum builds, the exact guitar effects, stops and whispers, screams , high pitch vocals, i heard elements of chic’n’stu on there , lost in Hollywood, violent pornography etc sooo good

I'm not sure it's possible to make 100% convincing impression of Serj. The only reason I'm saying this is because Anthony sung Dark Horse in the style of System Of A Down, did 20 Styles of Chop Suey and has now done this and been at 92.5% every time. I think that if it was possible he would have done it by now, I can't tell Anthony and Ozzy apart so yeah.

A lot of them are probably for the fairly long ad at the start. KZfaq are on an absolute rampage adding ads everywhere now. So to then face another once you finally get to the video is understandably frustrating. Cracking cover once it gets going though....

I mean, there has been some silly(to me even regrettable) shit that they've done on every album, that to me ruined A LOT of songs, especially on their later releases. Although, all of the crazy stuff on the first album just added to it's raw, dark and insane vibe, IMO. Maybe if Daron writes some self-titled sounding material, we'll finally get another SOAD record. And that would be fucking amazing!
