In this Physics video lecture in Hindi for class 11, 12 we explained Bohr's atomic model and Bohr's three postulates in hindi. Sometimes this model is also known as Bohr - Rutherford model. In his first postulate Niels Bohr assumed that electron can only move in certain allowed orbits where electrons do not emit any electromagnetic wave. His second postulate was, the angular momentum of any electron revolving around its nucleus can only be any integral multiple of h/2π, where h is Planck's constant whose value is 6.626 X 10^-34 J-s. In his third postulate he assumed that when electron jumps from one orbit to another, it either absorb or release energy equal to the difference between the energy levels of those orbits.

Sir, you are doing great job by explaining the concepts in Hindi. But I think chapters are not complete. It's my suggestion that if you are making videos for a particular class than please stick to the syllabus. They are gaps in your videos.

Because frequency is same E=hf f for frequency h plancks constant no change in frequency that why electron not emit energy from fixed orbits

An electron will loose energy while revolving because according to Maxwell's theory when charged particles accelerate the emit electromagnetic waves and the waves contain energy. i.e electron should loose energy🙂

Let's suppose that the electron is revolving around the nucleus in a fixed speed, Alothough it will revolve in fixed speed it has to change its direction to revolve around nucleus which causes the body to accelerate, According to the theory of modern law of electromagnetism , an accerated body in a motion will always emit or radiate energy which is the reason to lose energy

In the first postulate you had told that when electron is revolving in a circular path it cannot radiate energy. But in the 3rd postulate you told that electrons have to loose energy to come to the lower orbit. Sounds contradictory?
