Shaq was absolutely right and right now Bobo is better than Wimbley. If you ask me the NBA don’t wanna make him a star cause they don’t like his look you better stop treating God’s children this way.❤❤

Facts but it's deeper then his looks, it what his father did for their tribe in Africa. His father spent Millions to bring the tribe into the future meaning this day and time and don't need the colonists of the West. Their not being exploted any longer, it has pissed off the West and what's happening to Bo Bo is the result of it.

LoL you bring skin color into this? Bol is inconsistent, lazy and seem very hard listening to his coaches. Sure 1 in 10 matches he put-up all-star performance but in the other 9 matches his presence on the court are very minimal.

Shaq is right. And owner of this video is spot on. Proof in the pudding. When Kobe was in his earlier years. The Lakers coach prevented him from long playing time on the court. Once that coach was fired and Kobe got more time to shine. The rest is history. I feel that Bol Bol has a similar situation.

~ I met Manute Bol at a high school basketball camp when I was a 6’4 15 year old. Prior to that I’d seen the 7’4 Ralph Sampson play while at Virginia. I’ve matched up against a not so good 7’2 guy while trying to walk on at a local college. Being on the court with such large humans is an awesome experience. They could all dribble and shoot. The issue with Bol Bol has been injuries, lack of defensive IQ~ players that tall will get blocks by default. Per 48 minutes is a garbage stat. Many advanced analytics are. Bol Bol is a 7’5 J.R. Smith. An offensive basketball prodigy ~ JR was athleticism and shoot making. He certainly had all the necessary skills to be a multiple time all star. Yet he would be no more than a third or fourth option on a championship caliber team. A spark plug off the bench. A finisher. The history of the NBA is littered with talents that had all the potential, all the qualities and for reasons unbeknownst to fans was never the superstar that “we” expected. A generation ago, a 6’11 lefty prodigy amazed by his skill and ball handling and ability to play the total game … playing like a guard in a power forwards body. His name was Lamar Odom. We’ve just never seen a 7’3 version of this type of talent. From 6 10’ powerfully built SF like Tim Thomas, to flameouts like 6’7 PG Michael Carter Williams who fans initially believed would be a generational talent at PG won rookie of the year ~ My point is what since would it make to hold a generational talent back? In this modern era? Is it because the storyline is written for Wemby…? some behind the scene NBA politics? There are many possible reasons, I think of a talent like DeMarcus Cousins. Certainly talented entire still be playing in the league… Watched 6’10 guys who were just buckets ~ Michael Beasley…. Light skinned with green eyes BTW, so nah on the colorist theory. I watched him average a 20/10 double double off the bench for over a month his last season in the NBA a few years ago… watched him since HS, just as talented as Kevin Durant. I used all those players as examples. Because there are reasons. Why these talents don’t always pan out. Many of them are because of them. Not some conspiracy to keep the dark skin man from shining. The league was built, the brand of Nike was made a global brand due to the exploits of the very dark skinned Michael Jordan. It marketed its league around the rich brown skinned Lebron James. Ushering him into the league with a 100 million dollar shoe contract from the same company that Mike Built. The High Flying brown skinned Afro wearing Goatee having, gold chain rocking Dr. J was the first face of the NBA after the merger. The league has always marketed its game around its best players. Nah. It ain’t Bol Bol complexion. Also. up next will be Anthony Edwards and SGA… nothing light skin about them.
@lighthousemaccabee81333 ай бұрын
It's not complexion the brother explained it in his last entry his dad gave his entire earnings to his village in Sudan. A lot of NBA players do not support their communities BOLBol is symbol of that people don't like when ur donating millions of dollars you can be rich but you can't do what you want with your money contrary to what most people think.

@CopperAboriginies3 ай бұрын
Goofy you say🤔 Bol Bol has done more with less then Wembley his. He's a star coming into the NBA with high praise by the Sports Media. Bol Bol is constantly being down played and shipped from team to team by the league and sports media constantly talking down on his play time, yet with Bol Bol is playing he's producing like now with some players having injuries. He dominating on the court, and still being ridiculously hated on by the media yet his playing time speak volumes of his potential if given the opportunity to play and grow as a player. Wembley has more playing time but is as productive as Bol Bol period
