Brooke has her hair and make-up done to prepare for her proposal. Taylor tells Stephanie she can't stand to watch Ridge's wedding proposal to Brooke and prepares to leave. Stephanie is sympathetic. Brooke is crushed when Ridge proposes to Taylor instead of her. Taylor accepts Ridge's proposal.

OH MY GAWD, my favorite episode off all time. I remember watching this with my grandmother and my mom, when I was just a kid. Never did we know this was one of the most epic episodes off all time.

Brooke and Ridge sneaked a lot of kisses before she married Eric, and it's been the same with Grant before this fashion show. Who's to say Bridge wouldn't go the same way as Bric? Stephanie is justified in her apprehensions.

It is kinda funny how the producers have to and succeed to work around real life to do their love stories. Here Ridge proposes to his (very pregnant looking) ex-wife, while upset about the recent betrayal of his other love interest, Brooke. That episode here aired in October 1996, when HT then gave birth to her daughter Izabella Gabrielle in November 1996. That pregnancy is here hidden behind the flower bouquet.

And in 1992 they had to replace Ronn Moss temporarily, even when on screen Ridge had just gotten married again. Taylor returned from their honeymoon with a kinda totally changed man - Lane Davies played Ridge for 17l episodes, because RM took a leave of absence.

Not. That's the original ring he proposed to Taylor in St. Thomas with. I remember it well. Caroline's was like a flower; Taylor's was this elegant marquis diamond. I hv reason to remember; my engagement ring is a marquise emerald surrounded by diamond tiers. The center stone is like Taylor's. Very memorable.
