There you it folks; Taylor was mindful of how the proposal came about. She's not incredulous to the fact that while Ridge loves her, he also loves another woman. So what does she do? She sets him free, offers him a way out if he's unsure about their love, and engagement. Under William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell Ridge really loved Taylor, they had great chemistry, and companiship. Fast forward to Bradley Bell running the show, and Taylor is reduced to a diversion for destiny 🙄

It might be hard to remember but neither Caroline or Taylor were Stephanie’s first choice for Ridge. She wanted Caroline to stay with Thorne, in case he went bonkers and recalled that he was responsible for shooting Ridge. And with Taylor, she was actively scheming with Brooke, so that she could get Eric back (pre Hurricane Sheila and Jack Hamilton). And there are plenty of episodes available where she rags on both of them and promotes Brooke’s hold over Ridge. Also, not for nothing, but Stephanie didn’t follow Taylor to the Virgin Islands and she certainly wasn’t here telling Ridge what to say. By this time, he had already married Brooke against his mother’s wishes and told her on multiple occasions that she was in danger of being cut out his life. So, I’m not getting how she was emasculating him at this point (I stopped watching after 2002, so maybe the story changed) and making him choose Caroline/Taylor over Brooke In total agreement that Taylor should have told Ridge that she slept with James in a moment of distress, however that still doesn’t compare (for me), to Brooke sleeping, falling in love and having a baby with her teenage daughter’s sleazy husband, which everyone under the sun forgave her for.

The thing is Bill Bell was not head writer at this time Brad was. He has been head writer since 1993 and supervising producer since 1995.

@@London-nk2sb There is no Bradley Bell Sr. Brad Bell that wrote the show then is the same one that writes it now. William Bell Sr his father stopped writing for Bold in 1993.

Knife in the heart to be in love with two strong, beautiful women but Ridge is less than honest with both as he bounces between the two. Can't believe they played that tired old tune for 37 years.

Not with Taylor. It is Brooke who avoids conflicts pleasing him when they are together. Also when he rejects her she becomes vindictive and mean using FC

Is it just me or does....Ron(Ridge) very touchy with Hunter(Taylor) than he is with Kathrine(Brook)🤔🤔 Would explain why he left the show....didn't like the direction it went with the Ridge and Brooke union

Taylor, please don't go there. The question is are you truly in love with Ridge, and if so there is no room for insecurities or the past of either one of you're lives. Taylor you made love to James Warwick during the course of you're marriage to Ridge the first time around and it's one of your BIGGEST kept secret can you tell Ridge about that? Несчастная Тейлор слезами вымолила замужество. Разве это любовь?? Любовь вымоленная слезами ,манипуляцией,унижением,какая жертвенность,Тейлор понимает что Ридж сделал ей предложение импульсивно и продолжает эту Игру. Тейлор понимает что Ридж любит Брок ,что он не свободен и использует ее чтоб наказать Брок,в конце концов он заимеет детей и бросит и ее. Ридж просто импульсивный и злопамятный и не умеющий увидеть кто на деле предан ему.
