So sad that Jeff was replaced by Windsor as Thorne. I really loved Jeff in the role, especially the way he and Macy sang together! They were beautiful!

That's exactly what I noticed too! Winsor Harmon reminds me more of Clayton Norcoss, and then Ingo Rademacher reminds me more of Jeff Trachta!

@@deesee3622 I liked Jeff Trachta as I thought he was great in terms of acting. But in terms of looks, Winsor Harmon was, certainly, the better looking one.

Opening was majorly updated. In addition to the addition of Winsor Harmon’s Thorne and other newer characters, Ridge’s first shot has been airbrushed. And the model “boob” shot near the end of the opening has been toned down.

OMG I didn't notice the 'new' toned down boob shot until you mentioned it! If you notice as well, in Grant's photo at 4:32, the previous shot had a guy behind Grant, but he was removed.

Macy did not feel this way about the legal status of immigrants before. The reason she didn't hire Claudia is because spectra has been busted before. And they can't afford to be busted again. They don't have the clout and deep pockets that forrester does Now they are trying to completely vilify macy by having her be some monster against people seeking safty in the usa. Sometimes the writing in this show is great and other times it fakls flat when they change a character to make her a monster. Just to.make room for some potential romance between Claudia and thorne Which never happens because he becomes obsessed over taylor soon

True. They are trying to make Macy look bad compared to Claudia, when in fact her reasons for not hiring Claudia were *perfectly reasonable* AND Claudia has already overstepped several boundaries in relation to Thorne (giving him food and flowers). But for Macy to take such a hard line against illegal immigrants in general (as opposed to her justified dislike for Claudia in particular who lied to her and disrespected her at the interview) is way out of character for this usually very warm and compassionate character. I can't believe that someone who, in the midst of battling alcoholism, would speak up and advocate for a mentally disabled boy to be given a chance at a job, would turn around and be so cold when talking about illegal immigrants.

@@annieo6527 I agree that Claudia's actions towards Thorne are inappropriate, but how did she disrespect Macy? It was Macy who was rude at the interview when they first met.

@@djervalevy9784 no, Macy was perfectly professional and civil with Claudia, explaining why she couldn't hire her without a green card, until Claudia first lied to her and then wouldn't take no for an answer and decided to ignore Macy altogether and plead with Thorne who was obviously not the one in charge of the interviews. That was really disrespectful of Macy's professional authority - not accepting her answer and instead turning to a random man in the room expecting him to override Macy's decision. That's when Macy's tone with Claudia changed.

To me it just looks that Claudia is desperate, afraid to be exiled, so I can understand what she did here. Though I find this storyline quite boring lol. I don't very much see it being wrong to bring food for your employer (it's quite normal here), but since her family needs all the money she earns, you'd think she cannot afford to spend it on Thorne, right?😅 Thanking him once or twice, okay, but I'm with her mother on this one... It's annoying to see her going in repeat of thanking him, episode after episode...

Claudia is seriously overstepping the employer/employee relationship boundary. Thanking Thorne is one thing, but giving him food is completely inappropriate.

I agree. But he allows it. And it just gets worse. The massage in a later episode is just way over the line. For both of them Thorne is worse for even allowing it to happen

She wants him. She sees macy and the rest of spectra as the enemy. Claudia acts all innocent. But she is a conniving wench She manages to get herself in the forrester home. Even her family thinks she is overstepping

Thorne Forrester is being played by Winsor Harmon. This must be Winsor Harmon's first appearance as Thorne Forrester taking over from previous portrayer Jeff Trachta who left the character role of Thorne Forrester previously.

He did. He's from Louisiana. I noticed he does mostly lose it but when he came back on the show a few months back the accent was pretty heavy and not much of him trying to hide it.

This Thorne played by Windsor Harmon had much better chemistry with sexy Macy...Jeff Trachta was okay as well and had the best singing voice. But he seems to conservative to play the bad guy or cheater .. This was the beginning of their troubles with that Claudia woman...

There’s been a rumor going around that Jeff sided with Kimberlin Brown in her Feud with Hunter Tylo, and because there were plans to try out Thorne/Taylor, it required the role to be recast. This has not been confirmed anywhere, so take it with a grain of salt

Wow i didn't know Macy had dealings with Sheila the psychopath and James Warwick back then. I do remember James being married to Maggy and then slept with Sheila whom was one of his patients knocking Sheila up .. Sheila pretended to give up the baby girl named Mary to James and Maggy only to come back to kidnap Mary taking her away and raising her under the name of Erica... Before all this Sheila had poison Stefanie with mercury almost killing her with Stefanie losing her hair and becoming delusional in her thinking..If Maggy hadn't put the pieces together Stefanie might have died .

the first episode for the bad Thorne not only he is bad looking he has a bad temper so Macy this is your first encounter with him and it is not nice he is so different from our lovely Thorne you have not seen nothing yet this man is just like Brooke and Sheila quite evil and manipulative
