This is what I think is going on! Tom is not dead/... The reason why Li rigged the test to make Luna/Bill DNA positive was to expose Poppy for what she is! A gold digger! Yes, Tom is the father of Luna! but because Tom isn't rich! Or A hot shot Bill Spencer!! Poppy held out for a rich man. like Bill to trap!! Li probably knows that Tom is the real father! I bet everyone is on the plan! Li Jack Bill and Justin. Bill still acts like he wants Katie! Like I'm not really with Poppy We are exposing her! Absolutely! She saw he was dying bid did NOTHING to help him; and yet 'bad girl' Sheila tried to get his heart started again. It looks like Sheila changing is the real deal this time. That's why I thing Li, Poppy, or Jack(a possible wild card), could have been the killer. I am certain his death was murder and not merely an overdose

Put Bill and Katie back together. I can't stand how Poppy talks to Katie. All of a sudden she is so Uppity. Don't make Luna pregnant. You went that route but stopped it. Let that go. Hope needs to be back with Thomas. Paris thinks she is the queen now. You put them together way too soon. Thomas left Paris' sister at the alter. If you don't put Hope and Thomas back together then have Hope go after Finn. Steffy made it so miserable when Liam and Hope wanted to be together. That was horrible. Steffy needs a taste of her own medicine. She came between Hope and Thomas to end that. These headaches that Hope is getting could make her not know what she is doing so let her go after Finn. Steffy needs to stop being in charge. Let HRTF survive just to piss Steffy off. Don't bring Justin back. Li is so mean. Get Poppy gone.

Now It looks like Jack is the # 1 suspect imo. Jack showing up mysteriously, speaking to Finn about how great Poppy is & how Luna deserves a great father, he spoke about having a drink with Hollister at the bar and then Hollister finds Tom's bag & gets murdered. He spoke to the person who murdered him saying I am glad you are here I need to talk to someone about it. If Hollister talked to Jack at the bar he knows Jack is a lawyer so that would make sense. So right now I am saying it is Jack. 😊

I believe Li’s problem with Poppy is that Poppy slept with Li’s husband and Jack is Luna’s dad. Li’ fixed the DNA to prove Bill is the dad instead of her husband. Tom’s killer is Li after Poppy told Li what Tom was planning to do bc why didnt Li try to help when Tom passed out? 🤷‍♀️

(This is a LONG REPLY it will take a minute to read)! This is my take on who killed Tom. Bill put out the order to take care of this. Why? 1. Remember when Tom delivered the un ordered pizza, Luna told Bill pizza guy was giving Poppy a hard time and Bill said no body gives my family a hard time and how does anyone just come in through the gates. My thoughts are Bill found out about Tom and Poppy ok here comes the interesting part, Bill had Justin there following Poppy and possibly to take Tom out. Or Bill knows that Li, falsified paternity test and threatened her and she could lose her medical license so he had her kill Tom because she is on someones phone video not helping Tom and then disappearing, Jack was there to confuse viewers. I don't think Finn is the father, I never really thought Bill was she said from beginning it was not Him but I did think it was Jack. Also Bill may have had Li, frame Sheila for Tom's murder as part of his plans, you know he can't stand her and don't forget how Bill played every one when he was messing with Sheila. BILL IS BOOGER X3. well that's my take on it . Will see who gets in Jail this time. Or maybe Tom's not Dead😅😅

I suspect Jack is Luna's father and Finn is her half brother. Li decided to help Poppy make it really look like Bill because she didn't want anyone to know her ex-husband (Jack) really was Luna's father. Bringing Even more disgrace to her family, especially after uncovering Sheila was Finn's real mother. And because Tom thought for sure Luna was his daughter, his questioning Would eventually lead them to the real father, Jack!!!!... Tom wants to tell all of Sheila's secrets. 1 that sugar and sheila plotted to kill steffy. 2 that Sheila is not the mother of and that she knows it, but because she is ill she has come to believe that her stolen child Finn is also her son, which will show that she does not say that she is still a psychiatric patient. If Deacon finds out, Deacon will leave her and that is why she killed Tom but wants Li to pay for it because she is afraid of Li because Li has sworn to do something to her herself so that she would get rid of her in compensation. and Tom's revelation will also harm Finn, Li and Poppy because he also found out that Luna belongs to Finn and Bill, which would also make Poppy and Li suspicious. I don't think Tom is just a wanderer, but an underdog who knows everything about actors vs B&B

Li cannot be the killer as she is kind of a regular on the show as Finn's adopted mother. So it is most likely to be either Justin Barber or Jack Finnegan as they appeared out of nowhere all of a sudden. We don't have to worry about the motive just as yet as the producers themselves are still trying to figure out how to come up with the most plausible plot.

I think Justin was there following Poppy - whether for Katie or Bill we don't know yet.... Jack was there looking for Poppy and Luna.... Li is the one who appears to be the culprit because she doesn't want it out that Jack is Luna's dad because of what it would "do to Finn" to find out his Aunt cheated with his serial cheater father -- and to attempt to frame Sheila: two birds/one dead Tom - who would ruin what she did with the Paternity test.... then there's the weird sweaty guy they showed briefly as they were scanning the crowd - he may be "jonesing" and Tom told him to go away because he has cleaned up his life and isn't dealing anymore. I think Tom helped raise Luna from the moment Poppy found out she was preggers and until Luna was about 8 years old.... the absolute worst was the attempt to make Tom and Poppy look 20 years younger - that was beyond painful to watch and was beneath the actors/story. Bell and his writers really need to step it up because the repetitive dialogue that goes on for days is too much.... just as sticking with characters we don't care about - like Paris, Poppy, and RJ! Don Diamont's/Dollar Bill's talents are being wasted with this whole storyline.... if all of this was to get Katie and Bill back together - since they're bringing on new Will, who I think will be fantastic - and maybe a new love interest for Luna - then they could've written a much better storyline 🙄

I did NOT see these two reconcile again and how in the heck does Bill know Tom, what business does he have to kill the guy. Jack, I don't think so BUT for SURE "LI", she has more of a motive because she knows her sister's history AND she WANTS so BAD to get Sheila back into jail, I would NOT be surprised if Li is setting up Sheila. Poppy, I don't think so, she doesn't look like she would harm him BUT Li would for sure. If you noticed when Tom collapsed she didn't bother to get up to check on the guy she just sat there in her seat watching him die.
