I'll reserve my opinion for the full interview like an objective and logical person. If you edit the interview down it does raise some suspicion and make me question if he conducted the interview in a condescending manner and cut, edit, and framed it in his favor..

Jake's response only fuels the fire on how staged his fights are. Winning and Losing are equal possibilities in most sports. He speaks as if he absolutely can not lose and the only way that is possible is if it is fixed.

Lucy, you always went into it and attitude of winning so what he was doing was not allowing that to enter into his mindset and he did the right thing. I’m here watching some of these old clips after his HBO show was cancelled and he got fired from ESPN in the same week. He’s always been one of those condescending, too-cool-for-the-room types who thinks he’s a lot smarter than he really is. But if someone backs him into a corner and forces him to talk about anything that isn’t race related, he’ll fold faster than a t-shirt at the GAP. Just another activist masquerading as a “sports journalist” who won’t be missed.
