The dark blonde girl that he walks out on early in this music video (that's what it is, not parts of a movie) is actress Keri Russell when she was young. She was in a couple of other semi-acting, music video roles around the same time before her acting career took off. She is a good actress.

*The video footage with the actors and actresses was shot exclusively for the promotion of the Bon Jovi-song "Always". There are 2 music video-versions for "Always" : this one with the additional "Story"-video footage for music video-channels like MTV and a 2nd one that just shows the band "performing" the song while hearing the playback....standard procedure in music-video production.....I miss the 90s...* 🎵🎸🥁💿📽🎬📡📺

I think you felt exactly what he was trying to say.....he was in love but kept chasing the exciting party and in the end it ruined everything and he was left alone. It was probably very personal where he had someone in his life he loved but kept getting caught up in the rockstar party and ruined it all.

The best version! Through the wind, through the snow, through the drowning rain... (do you know what the rest of the lyrics to that outro?) I'm partially deaf and never could make out ALL of the words!?

@@davidjohnson4293 “through the wind, through the snow, through the driving rain…. I’d crawl all the way home, baby, baby, baby. To be back in your arms, just to taste your kiss, just to hear you say “baby, are you alright on a night like this” Kind of unclear on the very last baby one but I think that’s it.

@@pamelaharrell4449 that sounds right in tune! Lyrically also! Thanks so much!! I been hung up on that since its release!!! I'm 40 btw lol... but that is.... my #1 favorite version of the song... EVER made. Wish it had been released with the extra verse but I'm assuming that's something he came up with later after the release and I never heard it added in ANY versions! Again thank you and I already love you for your attention to detail! 😘

@@davidjohnson4293 no problem!!! Yes, absolutely LOVE that song and that version with Jon’s added lyrics. Can’t get any better than that! I’ve been a fan since 1986. I really hope they go on tour again. I’ve seen Bon Jovi 4 times…. 1989, 2006, 2010 and 2011. Wish I had seen them in the 1990’s but it just didn’t happen. Great Bon Jovi era though!!!

London 95 is very good, but a bit overrated imo. Try Milwaukee 95, Tampa 95 or Zurich 96. Those are proper performances of this song

I saw Bon Jovi in concert in 1989 when I was 16 on their New Jersey tour and they were awesome, especially Richie Sambora! I grew up in Anchorage, AK and they were one of only a few bands back then that came up to Alaska so we were psyched. They were only planning one show but they sold out three. Jon could still sing back then and it was a blast. My wife finally saw Bon Jovi in concert just before Covid hit (without Sambora) and Jon’s vocals were crap with every song lowered and not even trying to hit the notes anyway. Sad. Enjoy exploring more Bon Jovi because they are hit machines who pumped out great rockin’ songs and heartfelt ballads. Some additional suggestions for rockin’ songs are Blood on Blood, You Give Love a Bad Name, Livin’ On a Prayer, Runaway, Bad Medicine, Lay Your Hands on Me, I’d Die For You, Blaze of Glory, and Wild in the Streets. Suggestions for ballads are Always, Never Say Goodbye, Born to Be My Baby, I’ll Be There For You, Living in Sin, Bed of Roses, and Someday I’ll Be Saturday Night.

John Bon Jovi has been a favorite of mine from the 1980's :) But I have a sorta new singer who is Dutch named Bouke (Bow-ca), who if Elvis ever had a son, it would Bouke; "Come A Little Bit Closer', 'A Love Worth Waiting For', 'I Believe In The Man In The Sky', 'Wearing That Loved On Look', 'Spending My Christmas With A Radio' :) I haven't seen anybody so much like Elvis, since Elvis in 1955!

Aldo is master musician, producer, songwriter, etc. He wrote many GREAT ballads. “Ball and Chain”, and “Someday” are a couple of my favorites from Aldo. “Ball and Chain” by Aldo Nova kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pNWCp9mAnqfJhHU.htmlsi=7luUfykffFYT2-5f “Someday” by Aldo Nova kzfaq.info/get/bejne/o9d2mLSeqJi0eoE.htmlsi=fagLwaQ8lINsq8hh

The actors you'd likely be recognising are Carla Gugino (original girlfriend), Keri Russell (the girl he cheated with) and Jason Wiles who plays the new boyfriend & painter. They've all gone on to have reasonable careers. Not sure about the cheating boyfriend.

1. I highly recommend Bon Jovi's Bed of Roses 🌹 music video. And Blaze of Glory 🔫 🔫 🤠 And their acoustic guitar rendition of Living on a Prayer 🙏 and of Wanted Dead or Alive 🤠 👢 🐎 📜. 2. A more in-tune music video thematically and story-wise would be Santana/Steven Tyler - Just Feel Better. It fits more thematically to the song. 🎸 🎤 🍺 💋

Agree with you, I saw this on release back in the day but now at 47 I feel having a strong side of a relationship is so important but in the video yeah, he cheats on his partner so it does contrast with the lyrics, we do see him maybe being depressed because of that act and you could say the song could be from the view of someone declaring their love for someone so much knowing the mistake they made cost them a lifetime with that person....

I was born in 1972 had 3 older brothers 12, 15, and 17 years older than me I grew up listening to yhe 12 and 15 year old brothers music like Led zeppelin. Deeppurple Kiss Black sabbath Elivis there was know videos until MTV but you hardly seen videos. I listened to all the hairbands in the eighties Most of the time we just fantasized about love even though that wasn't cool but we did. The song took a different meaning when you closed your eyes and just listened. I wasn't perfect but I think it still instilled some respect for a women you opened doors bought dinner. I can't believe what I see now adays.

ASI LO ENTIENDO YO... ADEMÁS CREO Q CUENTA ALGUNA DE SUS NOCHES DE JOVEN,.... POR EJEMPLO "WITH OR WITHOUT YOU" DE U2 TAMBIEN HABLA DE ESTO....

*The song was originally written for the 1993 movie "Romeo Is Bleeding", but after being unimpressed by a preview screening of the movie, Jon Bon Jovi decided not to lend "Always" to the producers. The song was re-recorded and released as a single from the band's first official Greatest Hits album "CrossRoad" (1994) in September 1994...."CrossRoad" was released later in October 1994....* ⬅🎸🎵💿🔊

1. 😂 what an unexpected thrill that you're reacting to this strange 90's music melodrama soap video with just the cheesiest direction because the actors are pretty well established at this point or then. 2. Kerri Russell crushed the potato chips inside that tossed grocery bag. I was gonna have some... 3. Today, folks, just when we thought we'd get a relaxing light break 🇺🇸 🎆 🎇, I recommend y'all skip to 0:30. Just do. Trust me. 4. On an up note, if you like, I recommend Bon Jovi's Bed of Roses.
