At 5:45 when you can see Jon just being a fan of Richie and enjoying the solo... it almost makes me cry. This whole concert was absolutely epic.

It’s when you think it’s BS what some fans say that Jon and Richie’s relationship started to get cold in latter years. Sure they had their ups and downs like all friendships that sometimes you argue with them and maybe fight but at the end you reconcile. Jon and Richie just need to talk things to solve Richie’s leaving the band how he did it, but No their relationship didn’t start to go down or didn’t deteriorate till Richie left.Richie’s departure was definitely sudden.

I was there...Great memories. My first Bon Jovi concert. That solo, gives me goosebumps every time and Jon's voice was still pretty strong. I love this song.

It’s hard to see past Jon’s impeccable performance here…until you suddenly realise David Bryan is playing away in the background and is thee absolute sound of ‘Always.’ When you add this to Tico’s Heartbeat, Hugh’s pulse and Sambora’s soul, you’ve got an unstoppable force that deserve all the success they get because when they are on the same stage together, magic happens.

Released in 1994 it's Dec 2019 and this song still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stick up when Jon goes into the Chorus. A wonderfully wonderful song that never grows old.

Jon always gives 100%. He struggles through the entire song, but he delivers, he gets there. He doesn't have to play this difficult song to sing, but he does. I respect him so fucking much. He really shows respect for the fans and gives us all he's got everynight.

good ears's rockandroll Albarran im not saying age dont affect it , but if you dont know... jon used to smoke a lot , since the mid 90s, so his voice got worse year after year. The proof that he could be better today is that several singers of the 80s like steven tyler, joey tempest still got a very good voice.

Pedro Lucena during lost highway tour he was smoking, he let smoking on 2009,during circle tour he forced his voice, when he finished another tour 2013, he was tired after 102 concert,so je discovered that he couldn't sing in the shower,he suffered a decoloration on the air..the problem is nasal not only the age.

From their final gig of the One Wild Night Tour: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/p6edi6h_zce3mp8.html Actually, Jon used to ad-lip similar lines to I'll Be There for You already back in the 80s, but since the song wasn't regulary performed during the These Days Tour I guess they simply added that part onto Always.

It’s the moments like this when Jon was on fire and Richie was just as great that is what will always give him the edge over Phil. Even if Phil was to become the better guitar player (which Richie still has the edge), he couldn’t compete with Rich. Even with Richie’s vocals having an off tour he sounded amazing here. And the solo, truly the best part of the song. Personally I like vocals more than guitar, especially Bon Jovi high notes, this solo is amazing. Every single real Bon Jovi fan misses you Richie

Senorita Steffy I think with Jon’s voice being so off, that there could never be magic like there once was. To have a band get this big everything must fit perfectly. Richie was the perfect fit, hell Alec was the perfect fit for the live performances. Richie will always be Bon Jovi’s guitarist
