Greatest frontman of all time. No argument, no swaying me. Believe me, I appreciate Mick, DLR, Tyler, Freddie, Axl, etc. etc. etc.... but this man knew how to share the stage and rule the stage. He was also rock n' roll in its purest form. Bonfire!

I hate to draw a line on who the best AC/DC front man is/was. I love Bon Scott and I love Brian Johnson. I just feel blessed that AC/DC found Brian when they did and the rest is rock n roll history. If they had not found Brian Johnson, we might have missed more than 40 years of great music!

Both Bon Scott and Brian Johnson sure came from very non-AC/DC type bands.

@TATTOO VAMPIRE1966 Comes the haters I'm saying it anyway AC/DC last good album ballbreaker Black ice / rock or bust were ok No memerable tracks Last great album razers edge Keep slade on drums he is better than Rudd Its time to let Johnson go With age voice getting worse every next album Who to replace Johnson Here we go Lol I thought axl did a hell of a job filling in for the rock or bust world tour. They should choose axl to permantly replace the vocals spot. New albums. Axl can contribute new song writing in the mix Live albums. Featuring axl I love ac/dc but they become stale and the ac/dc safe stick to it formula has ran its corse Time to stir it up a bit
@allendoss19414 жыл бұрын
@TATTOO VAMPIRE1966 I agree 100% with you on bon He was there front man The leader behind the leaders He was rock n roll He was blues He was screaming banshee When needed My two favorite albums Dirty deeds/ highway to hell And the earlier songs like carry me home great. And it took me awhile Like years but... Go back and listen to ballbreaker with honest try tell me what you think anyway No matter the line up Its not the same band without The riff master Malcom He wrote ALOT of classic riffs That most people would automatically Give Angus credit for. I say do the mix it up No bon, no Malcolm Why not give it a go Still has to be better Than stiff upper lip Lmfao

@TATTOO VAMPIRE1966 Black ice is ok Ballbreaker is just a good album Same thing with fly on the wall Took awhile to come around to it But listening to the fly album There some hard rocking tunes on it. Switch album is good album For those bout to rock Great album And of corse Well one of us has to say it Of corse back in black Legendary album If someone points a gun to my head says name 1 ac/dc song Hey it could happen This world is crazy today lol I'm saying Night prowler from highway to hell Nuff said lol

ACKA DACKA. Dude was a great frontman. Dave Evens was living in the androgynous era (Like the NY Dolls) that started to die out. AC/DC replaced him with something that early audience didn't know how to react to, perhaps because they never seen Heavy Rock like them. its funny to watch these clean cut kids at the first AC/DC with Bon as lead. perhaps they were expecting Bon to do covers of The Valentines? :D

Heroin overdose, it's a known fact inside the industry, maybe to maintain it's reputation it kept hidden, as for BiB I would say that there's a touch of Bon in there, just have to see how the lyrics quality declined after it.

Bon wrote a lot of Black in Black. You can easily hear it. Also a reason why AC/DC never had a good album after. None of them can write.
