This machine is a one shot depositer. The machine makes filled bonbons with one shot. Amazing technique. The filling is a ready bought filling. This is more about the machine. When i am not making chocolates by hand, i work for this company. I don´t get payed anything from my company, for showing this video. Next time i will be back with more handmade stuff. An interesting diversion from what we’re accustomed to from your KZfaq, but nicely done as always. Obviously, the capacity of this machine is, well, “industrial” to say the least! However, I still much prefer the delicate nuances of hand crafted bonbons. And that’s where you shine the best, Markus! Look forward to your next “story.” 😎👍🏽

WOW thanks, I didn´t know machines could do that. Not all machines ar bad as Terminator :). I see that the chocolate shells are a bit thick. Do you think hand-made bonbons are better than bonbons made in this machine? Thank you

😀. Handmade is allways better😉. The shells kan be thinner. But the machine has limits😎

Hi, love the video. I see that your filling is ready bought, however if I would like to make my own ganache or praline, is there any machine you recommend for a production line large enough to require a one shot mahcine?

Wuau that is very fast, the time that takes to me to do one entire mold, this machines does dozens of molds 😅

Hola. Lamentablemente no entiendo la pregunta? El chocolate y el relleno salen por las boquillas casi simultáneamente. Pero, primero un poco de chocolate, relleno de semillas y chocolate al mismo tiempo, luego solo chocolate.
