I cannot stop smiling and laughing at the excitement in your voice, like kids on Christmas morning, love watching you and Nikki. Have to say the best part was watching how scared you were walking the ledge and there is Nikki who has to walk the same ledge while filming with no shake,Nikki you are amazing videographer. You have convinced me to never buy a Apple watch, who cares if they are waterproof, they dont stay on your wrist.

Most of them used the buttoned strap so if you use a nornal strap, its more secure.

Hello Bondi. Sorry to be the bearer of bad new but just so you know. If you find an electronic in water never immediately try to turn it on because it will short out. Instead make sure its has at least 2 days to dry maybe get some silica packs or something. That will increase your chances very high of the electronics working. I did this method twice and it worked both times.

It's always a good time watching you & Nikki on your adventures. You sure hit the jackpot this time. I knew, as soon as you asked, that you were going to try to go underwater at this spot. I think you ought to take your magnet with you, and a good light. That way, you can try to find some of those heavy items that got pulled off when you were fishing from the cliff edge. Hi to you both . I’m a Maclean resident and we detect the beaches there heaps and do well . Great to see you magnet fishing at the Blue Pools . All the excavating equipment is at the bottom there. So hope you go down under water . I won’t swim there let alone go diving . Enjoy

The Apple Watch has find friends on it but it may not be activated and if it’s nor cellular you would need to connect to Wi-Fi also it maybe passcode enabled best bet is to take them to apple and they will trace them

Also Leigh, go over to the other side and chuck the magnet in there also, that is also a favourite jumping off spot even though it is just a metre or so from the water. Also the other pool around the corner is also popular for the bigger folks. I should of tee'd up a hunt mate, there is so many places to hunt around Yamba

Hi, Leigh and Nikki. What a great place for treasure hunting. Not sure your Nomad will allow you to dive that deep, so you may have to take your magnet with you and/or your pointer to check the nooks & crannies. Awesome finds on your first cast. I can only imagine the treasures at the bottom. I wonder why Nikki laughed at the mention of the necklace with hearts 🤣 Thanks for sharing. The second SD card pins will be heavily corroded. Scrape them till they are shiny with something sharp and try in the reader again.

G'day Leigh, my old stomping grounds, Angourie. How many times have I jumped off that cliff and the one around the corner, only twice, that one is scary. The quarry was used to mine out the local rock for the Clarence River breakwall. On both sides of the river there are signs of such quarries and some remanents of tram rails and wheels from the trucks that carried the rocks to each breakwall. Dont dive down there as there is a lot of steel structures and cables from the old days, if you do stick to the wall and ledges close in. Be safe and well done on the finds.
