Dude, you make this so much fun to watch. Your laughter at EVERYTHING is contagious and a delight to hear. Even the crud and gunky stuff makes you so happy, and the fact that you find 'history' in every canal there, is a bonus.

Leigh, maybe a simple suggestion although I find it funny when you throw your magnet and rope into the canal . Cut a few small pieces of pool noodle and attach near the end of your rope that way at least you will see where it lands.

In fact Crocodile Dundee is the impression of what we think Australia is all about. Problem is not a lot of cultural info has come out of there in the last 40 years. I've talked to some Australians and they say Fosters beer sucks, and they don't say put another shrimp on the barbie. You guys should work on promoting your people and country.

After all this time, Leigh, I can't believe you still forget to tie off (lucky for you that Nikki looked at the footage the first time). You might have to take a smaller retrieval magnet as well when you go alone. So many small finds (love Wim's pocket watch) plus all the trash removed, too. Aw I love you guys so much! I've been binge watching your vids for awhile, you and Wim have me in fits of laughter. I've just ordered a couple of magnets to have some adventures with, bit smaller than yours but ok to start with I reckon. One would think with as many times you've thrown your magnet and not have it tied off, you'd at least tie one end around your waist. Fortunately you usually have someone to help retrieve it.

Let me tell you my heart started pounding when I first saw that wrist watch! It's designed to look exactly like an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, that bezel is unique to them. They cost from $50,000 to $500,000 and beyond! Anyways, I just found your channel, didn't even know magnet fishing is a thing. Wim looks like a great person. Love your videos, keep up the great vibe!
