Today marks 29 years since we lost Eazy-E. This is my first time seeing the official video to this song and the tribute given to Eazy-E at the end was beautiful. Rest in Peace, Eric Wright. 🕊️💔

The best part is when the angel lifts the man’s soul and then turns around and looks at the mother virtual signaling his son is now in good hands and walks/fades away! The mother was immediately relieved after that!😮

This song was a tribute to eazy e who died in 1995 and was the leader of NWA with ice cube Dr dre mc ren and dj yella then in 1994 eazy e helped bone thugs n harmony make their first album creepin on ah come up and decide to sing foe tha love of $ which was eazy e's last song before he pasted away in 1995 r.i.p eazy e aka Eric wright

This group was easily one of the best groups that came out of the 90s that are still together to this day. This song hits your heart just as hard as it did when they released this over 25 years ago.

This song reminds me of me and my group of friends back in early 2000s we use to hang with each other almost everyday and sing this song. Around 2008 when we all become 18 and started going separate ways we lost one of our friends to drugs and till 2023 still hear about him going in and out of jail

This video honestly made me a lot more comfortable with death at a time when it was something that made me really anxious. I couldn’t understand *why* but it’s obvious after watching it for the umpteenth time. There’s actually a lot of symbolism in these 4 1/2 minutes. 1) Death (portrayed as a person here) is resisted and he confuses Bone (like when Wally is shot) or sends them into “fight-or-flight” mode (seen when Wish tries to square up after Uncle Charles drops). By the end of the video, though, they politely move aside when they see him on the hill. This symbolizes the struggle against and eventual acceptance of the inevitability of death. 2) The entire video kind of depicts Death as this menacing presence with everybody reacting in shock and horror when he’s around. In the final scenes, he’s helpfully guiding recently deceased people to their subsequent plane of existence and he removes his jacket to spread a pair of angel wings. This really seems like a creative way to convey that death isn’t really something to fear.
