Several years ago, April went back to the Bahamas to meet with Patagonia and the Buccaneers and Bones crew to try and get some Bahamas bonefish.

I love all the Bucaneers and Bones episodes. I have them all recorded, and have been burning them to DVDs. Tom Brokaw was excellent as a host, an angler, and a steward of the ocean! I wish the series was still on tv, as it truly is conservation minded and a great angling show!

Agreed, this show was pompous and arrogant. Elitist snobs mascarading as environmentalists. Preserve it so we can put a lodge on it!

Tom Brokaw tries to deny fishermen in Montana access to the Boulder river high water mark contrary to Montana law. He tried to close off access to vast portions of the river. What a man of the people?

Fished out there twice in my lifetime never to run into him, but was hoping to. I love the dip shit deep pocket slickers of Montana, keep an eye out and they’re around every bend now.

6:10 - Don't lift your fly rod to hook set a 'cuda. Just keep stripping hard and it will set itself. Otherwise what April says will happen. You'll miss 9/10.
