It's just my reaction over this movie Everyone sees love angle and I do to But I can't stop thinking the Cannible scenes to see the love story It's good but The creepy guy with the hat then two creepy guy's in lake side then Marens mom Those scenes are so insane that I didn't get distracted by their love In fact Lee scared the hell out of me I was genuinely scared of Timothée That after it I had to see happy moments of Timmy to convince myself he's normal

Thing about this movie that made me feel so unease is that it’s very realistic I never watch a horror and felt uncomfortable and uneasy I watched TWD and many other horror films I think because they have sense of fiction to it while this is so beautifully written and played to the point I am physically frightened

It's like they're trying to hard to sound like a scene out of The Notebook. Good actors don't mimic or mock others, that's what make them good.

unpopular opinion: maren was a bad character. if you’ve read the book, you would know that even when lee says to not go back to sully maren does it anyways, and sully almost kills maren. in the movie at towards the end she drags out all the things lees father did to him, even though lee didn’t want to talk to him. and in this scene she yelled at lee after he drove her across the country to meet her mom, and then ran away. and the fact that she got mad over lee killing to carnival booth guy is so stupid because she ate him too.
