The discussion comes from the rights to the name Boney M. He insists that Farian is not on the records but him and that he has to live using the name Boney M. who has registered it in Holland, but Farian's lawyer tells him that there is a final sentence that does not let him use the name without Farian's permission. @@joegazvazul2448 Not really boney M is frank farian's group that is a fact he is the 5th member the facts are studio boney m Are frank farian + liz mitchell + Marcia barrett .. bobby had nothing to do with the recordings a part from a few 80s tracks frank let him sing on.

Viele Emotionen treffen im Interview aufeinander. Wenn es eine Möglichkeit zur Einigung gegeben hätte, dann wäre wohl Frank Farian selbst ins Studio gekommen. Dass der Anwalt von Farian, keine gute Nachrichten an Farrell überbringen würde, war wohl vorher klar. Farian war der Erfinder vom Name und Gründung von BONEY M. Und wenn es ein Urteil darüber gibt, dann hat Farrell kein Recht, den Namen zu verwenden. Offenbar hat nur Liz Mitchell das Recht, als "BONEY M. feat. Liz Mitchell" aufzutreten.
