The opponent tried so hard to do the scholar's mate and got very confused. And when it was time, got checkmated in 3 moves in the exact way they were tried to do.

Like the previous person said, you're assuming a lot there. "Knows about forced draws" is a significantly more complicated explanation (for the behavior of a 100-rated player) than "recognizes this is a waste of time," and therefore less probable. But, even the possibility of an alternative explanation makes it weird that you made the claim that you knew it was one of them.

Chess, but I’ll pay you $1 for every best move your opponent plays, $3 if they play a great move, and $5 for every brilliant move. Every bad move (innacuacy or under) your opponent makes you get -$1, and $5 if your opponent checkmates or takes 8+ points of material.

A move is considered forced if it is literally the only one available. If there are any other options, even if they're all incredibly bad, it's not a forced move. While in this case it's pretty obvious that QF4 leads to QxF1#, there are many situations where there's only one way to avoid checkmate but the way to do so is much harder to see.

At 3:23 you appear to have 2 choices, but actually queen to e1 is forced since queen f1 leads to mate if they take your queen with their queen thereby making queen f1 not actually an option therefore you should add an extra $10 to your total

There are 2 legal moves in this position. Queen to e1 isn't forced because the game doesn't stop you from blundering mate in 1. *Forced* means that there is exactly ONE legal move available.
