hes eating around 7,000 calories every time he uploads so don't matter what metabolism he has it aint burning through all those calories. no doubt hes doing combination of diarrhea on dairy food mukbangs and working out 3-4 hours and low calorie intake on off days to spread out the overall weekly total to avg 2,000 calores per day to maintain his weight.
