I thought that maybe her mom also.. What is Sovna is actually belliona who was "lost" or another one maybe.. But seems like she is the only adult monkey even interested in her and not hurting her really.. And usually adult monkeys will attack and have nothing to do with a "pet"monkey like that.. Really made me think that she might be her real mom.. They can tell still from Years apart by the smell and facial expression..

It’s funny to see bonitas big butt sitting on the material. Lol! This is such a cool thing to see. She’s come a long way sitting there with all the other monkeys like a big girl. I read that the first generation of pig tails are dropped off pets. That’s not there native region. Everyday more little ones are dropped off....I can’t help but wonder if they being the gentler species of monkey there ....some how remember what it’s like to be dumped. They are much more accepting than macaques seem to be of dumped babies

I love Sovana but I don’t think she’s scared. I think she’s smart and doesn’t want to be in the wild and that won’t change unfortunately because they domesticated her way too much. It would take a miracle and I wish the WLA could take her since they are specially trained to integrate orphan monkeys back into the wild. They don’t want to get involved anymore which sucks!!!

If CS knows what is good for her, she will never trust Bonita. Bonita is treacherous in her motives, despite good intentions. SC would only be cared for as an accessory to that. She would never be accepted by the troop because her “mother” has no rank, having been an orphan herself. Bonita would tear SC in half arguing over he with another monkey who wanted to kidnap her. She would neglect SC chasing some other specter and neglecting her.
