This was a clever idea, Bonnie! I wish I had this to go to when I first started crocheting! I had to figure it out on my own.

Brilliant tip didt know you could do that. Do u have a tip for when you crotchet a chain and slip stich to join to make a circle to stop it from twisting. Thanks x

I don't yet, but can add to the growing list Christine!

The easiest way I've found is to chain two or three chains then remove the hook, place it through the first chain in the right direction then put your last chain back on the hook and continue to chain as many as you need (Ignore that first chain you added back to your hook.) When you reach the last chain needed your first is already right there ready for the slip stitch to be pulled through and no chance it twisted :-D

I wish I would've known this trick way back when. Would have saved me from a lot of grief. Could you please do a tutorial on how to read patterns? I've tried watching a few videos and the lightbulb just doesn't want to turn on. Thanks

Hi Ms. Bonnie, I have this problem..but I have done many rows with it. I realized I won’t need it that long and can’t use it if it’s that long. Any way to fix this? Should I start over? Thank you! God bless

It all depends Alexandra. Is this just a chain or a chain with other stitches involved? If other stitches, may be prudent to give it another try!

I always do that. But what if I don't have enough chains at the end?

Uh oh...time to try again Nita! I so wish I had a quick fix for that. The only cheat I know will make that bottom row shorter than the rest.
