Eric recently acquired three trees that have a common problem: they're root-bound. It's early September in Northern California, so not a good time to do a full repot. But it may be more dangerous for these trees if Eric does nothing. Watch to learn his solution for each tree!

00:05:58 The second tree is a Redwood with lots of suckers. Eric chooses to do a careful repot on this tree as well, to give it fresh soil and ensure it receives extra water.
00:07:58 The third tree is a Ficus. It's a nice old plant with interesting characteristics. This tree will go through a full repot with root work, which is ok to do because it's a tropical species and it's been unusually warm in NorCal.
