I’m a Chiropractor and have completed in IFBB Figure. I have worked out for 37 years weight training. My conditioning has been a priority. Keto IQ does decrease fatigue during workout. People keep asking me when is my next competition and I’m nor preparing for a competition at least at this time. Thank you for your passion in your work!

I know you are marketing mostly to sports enhancement but I am using this for my husband who has mild cognitive decline. Just wondering what protocol you would recommend. Twice a day? Three times a day?

@paulacollins5773, Yes we do have consumers use it for cognitive functions and especially for cognitively impaired, we find that the longer time you spend in ketosis, the better so start with twice a day and increase to 3 if you find it useful. Another protocol that people like to use is based on use cases so take a dose before you go through a cognitively demanding task such as podcast, presentation, interview etc. Give it a try and let us know what protocol works best for your husband. Wishing you and him all the best. -Latt

I think you’re talking about ke4 (ketone ester) that has a bond with R1,3? It’s similarly formulated like you version 1. The company didn’t say r1,3 is bad. They’re saying that you’re selling it in its form as if it’s better than your version 1 without the ester bond. They are selling their r1,3 as recreational alcoholic drink without the ethanol and not for performance enhancer, unlike how you’re marketing yours. I’m very disappointed in you Geoffrey in the way you’re characterizing your competitor. I used to listen to your old podcasts along with Michael Brandt for rich information on ketones. I didn’t expect you to mislead your customers on the very fine points of r1,3 😢 your own spokesperson Hinman, clearly said he is using the IQ as alternative to alcohol (which is the same way r1,3 ketohol seltzers are advertised). Is that still true? Or are advertising the IQ as a sports performance enhancer? Which is it?

I’m also detecting some bashing against the founder of DeltaG. But didn’t they use to provide you the ketone esters that was in your original esters?

I just looked at the serving suggestion of ke4. The suggested serving is 5ml which has 2.5 g of the ester (half of which as you say is r1,3). Taken as it is, it’s quite potent within 30 minutes Your IQ has 10 grams of pure r1,3 in the suggested serving. Definitely higher than ke4. Yours has to go through digestive and liver process before you can read the ketone level in your blood. The hard ketone seltzer has 12.5g for use for relaxation so are you saying the 2.5g difference is what makes it inebriating?
