The voice actor is male though, his name is Orion Acabe, he voiced some other male characters in Rage 2. His more notable work is Rico Rodriguez in Just Cause 4, someone in CoD: Black Ops Cold War and Apollo Justice in Ace Attorney. He did some stuff for the Saints Row Reboot as well. It looks like he featured a lot on Critical Role too, but from the looks of things got booted off for having a bad temper/running his mouth a lot while drunk/high on drugs.
