You don't shoot the turret to kill it. you shoot the power box next to it and the turret deactivates. The power box is the box with the triangle on it at 1:42. If there are sparks coming out of the box it means that you or someone from your team already deactivated it. hope this helps in the future.

Also you have to actually shoot 049 to trigger him. you just keep shooting until his eyes turn red. If his eyes are red, that means that 049 is angry and if they are blue 049 is calm and won't agro you.
