+Kylie Hinch Well yeah, sure. But for example, Kat here has a TBR of over 300 books and still keeps buying more. It just feels kind of wrong to me. But each to their own, I know, I know.

+Nedeli that's why I implemented my Project 5, where I read 5 books before I buy 1, which I have actually been keeping up with. I've been reading more than I buy this year, however I can't really control the review copies I'm sent unsolicited. I don't request them, just sent :S

I read the Wolf Road and enjoyed it. While there is a bad guy, it mainly follows Elka and how she responds to the pressure of living life being hunted while meeting new people. The way Elka speaks had me entertained

Nevernight sounds really good! I can't wait to see your review on it! I haven't read The Fixer yet but I have read the author's other series and have really enjoyed it! I definitely want to pick up The Fixer soon!

The Leaving started out as a really intriguing and mysterious book, and had a bit of a Veronica Mars vibe about it. I thought Avery was a really annoying character and you'll probably guess the ending before you get there, but I still think it was worth the read, mainly because of the plot twists. It definitely doesn't go the direction you expect!

Totally agree about Avery, and the totally contrived romance she has was the worst part of a book that was otherwise pretty good.

The Wolf Road is good. It's not life changing but definitely a worthwhile read. I really want to read 'And I Darken', heard great things!

I recently read the leaving, and I have very mixed feelings about it if I'm honest. I did really enjoy it because the writing style is just so unique it's quite fun. i will say however some point of the plot seemed weak (in my personal opinion). But it definitely does keep you guessing. (I'll be doing a full review on it soon so I hope you do. Would be great to see your thoughts on it too!)

I went to a book festival in England (where I'm from) and they were selling Nevernight but I didn't manage to get a copy :'( so sad! I'm a newish KZfaqr and I have a video about the festival YALC on my channel :) I love your videos x

You've already found one way! I use booktube a lot to find new books to read. A lot of the books are hits, some are misses though. Even though everyone else loves it.
