OMG building Kallax shelves made me want to just give up on everything. Been thinking of getting Billy shelves, but was pretty traumatized by the Kallax. Now that I’ve watched this vid and your book corner/nook video I see that the Kallax shelves are just uniquely terrible to build. Glad you survived it!

OMG please read ‘the match’ by sarah adams as someone who has been going through her backlist the match stays my fav !! ( the cheat sheet is pretty close though ) It has single dad ( the kid is not annoying though ) , disability rep and the mc isn’t annoying

I don't know if it'll help but, I used glue dots under my pop figures to help keep them standing and they (At least so far) haven't left residue if I want to move them.

Nearly 300 books are nothing - that amount alone is my collection of books from when I was young (Sweet Valley High, Baby Sitters Club) and then when you count all my other books I'd be hitting 2000 if not more!! I do however work in a bookstore (and also work as a school rep for it as well) so I plead that it's all research!! Knowing old school including classics, to the newer fads with reading - I could have a whole room dedicated to books and still not have enough space!!

1. the target building instructions are so confusing bc they label parts in the instructions but the actual pieces arent labeled so you gave to go by visuals alone 2. I built a bookshelf from target and its so unstable and wobbly it makes nauseous 😍
