In today's video, I'll share a little more about the artists who inspire my work and where I draw inspiration from. Then I'll show you my process of taking a painting I made in Procreate and turning it into a painting in Gouache on Arches paper. This video is also super exciting to share because my partner created a custom musical score for the video. Enjoy!

Hi just wanted to let you know I really like your videos. I especially loved this one with the book tours and demo. And your sketchbook tours. I also liked seeing your hiking adventures in CA. I would love to visit there one day. I jumped into my art journey during lock downs 4 yrs ago and it saved my life. I have suffered with Fibromyalgia for 20 yrs which has symptoms similar to long-covid so I wish you all the best in your recovery. 💜 from NC, Tina

love your work! I always liked interiors and house portraits too. felt intimidated bcuz i thought they were "unsellable art" but I've abandoned that negative mindset and just create what I love and the collectors will come. Keep creating!

oh my gosh! Thank you! Interiors and home portraits are a deep root of my practice. My senior thesis at art school was ALL interiors and they sold well then, and still sell well now. Absolutely, make what you love and share the stories of why you love it! that's where the magic is!
