For any fellow Muslims struggling with doubt, I highly recommend reading Iqbal's "The Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam" (English), "Bal-e-Jibrael" (Urdu), and "Asrar-e-Khudi" (Persian). His profound insights can truly deepen your understanding of Islam. Interestingly, Iqbal mentioned in his book "Stray Reflections" (English) that Wordsworth also played a significant role in saving him from atheism during his student days. Inspirational minds indeed! You just gave your rhetoric. Simply saying the "Islamic philosophy" has rejected teleological argument doesn't make it so. As for "Islam encourages asking questions", read Quran 5:101 Tirmidhi 2679 Islam doesn't encourage asking questions, it only encourages questions that support its case.

You're right when their case is not supported and they don't have answers they burn out the one who ask questions. Baqi Pakistani by nature are biased and have prejudice about every other religion. He is also having a very poor understanding of Christian Scriptures if he is faithful and honest to his own religion then we have learned from our educational institutions that Quran and Bible are both Holy books and then making fun of the one book is also ..... I think our perception is naturally formed by our interactions with the environment and therefore it's bound/limited so first we need to understand how thoughts form in the human brain before arguing about the existence of any supernatural being. Also, we need to know what other animals think about the universe around us and maybe their beliefs about any God etc. The most important thing is to understand the end goal of running such a complex universe. 🙂

If any conscious being has these two characteristics then that being cannot be God rationally metaphysically and ontologically. It includes all greek/hindu/Mesopotamian/Norwegian/Egyptian pagan deities. Only abrahamic God is free from these two characteristics, that's why he is the only true God. Now tell me hindu, prove that polytheism is rationally correct.

Lol. How u ended the video is so absurd tht even my cat is laughing. Dawkins is a Biologist and evolutionist.. He is not a theologist to have indepth understansing of comprative Religions. Superficial knowledge of Religions is enough to make a critique. Moreover, you clalim that to understand quran, one needs to be well versed in Arabic. Well my friend, was God so stupid that he chose Arabic which is full of ambiguities and not English? A plain, simple english would have been enough to validate that it is God's words. When you read quran, you come across various ambiguities and controversies which makes you atheist. I think no one has told you that Iqbal was a plagiarist. He copied works of modern writers nd smartly gave it islamic touch to project himself as a great philosopher. Read David Samuel Margoliouth's critique on Iqbal to have a slight inkling about his tricks. Even, reconstruction of Islam is full of ambiguities & verbosity that no layman man can read or even understand what he wants to actually say. A phrase he believed 'if you cant understand and cant explain, confuse them'... David Thoreu says, simplfy,simplify...

Is it not more honest to say "i will beleive in a god only when there is compelling and sufficient evidence" "mind are limited" .. how do you know, do you see the contradiction in your statement ? Great book review, I do disagree with your ending statements. One doesnt need to know arabic to read quran, have you read Gita or the Vedas in Vedic Sanskrit? Have you read Buddhist scriptures in Pali? Same for bible, it was written in a different language than english.

No religions are not bad at all. But traditionally religions' chaplains defined religions badly. For example before discovery of telescope people believed that earth is the center of our universe. Brono was the person who rejected that faith but he was brutally killed. The war between religion and science is as old as human history.

Whether god exists or not is a secondary question. First question is what is god?How do we define it,how do we understand it. Then it shall be easier to answer if there is any god or not. Can you have a nucleus without a nucleolus or it’s substitute? Can we have a cell without a nucleus? Can there be any physiological system without a controlling organ? Can there be such organs without some super or ultimate controlling system and the ultimate controlling Center without which all the auxiliary systems work smoothly? Why do people form communes? Why do such communes have heads or heading bodies? Why such communes again conglomerate to form larger integral habitats and then the districts,states,countries follow lastly to form an world body? Why again satellites revolve round planets,planets about stars,stars about galaxies ,galaxies about black holes and so on? Are all these things just fictional things?Are they not real,are they not the parts of reality,is this ultimate reality not following any system any discipline?Is there no universal law?Can’t you call the supreme being?Then what is all this if not God Himself,if you can personify it?
