Also these rates will never go down with over populated with carriers. Because we can all say stop taking cheap freight but yet is like saying waste time to look for the best load (Hours/Days) not everyone has it that good that they can stop the business until a good load. Instead of telling them to stop taking cheap loads, show them where the good loads are at.

and why aren't u asking if it's on pallets & shipper load & consignee unload to save your drivers back ?? just curious, did this many years with 40,000 floor loaded. I enjoy your channel !

@@kerwinthorne I said I've had many floor loads of 40k. Regardless, he should ask if it's palletized or not & if it's shipper load & consignee unload.

Most loads on a 53 van are no touch. It's rare you actually have to do labor

Thank you and I made pass this and picked. I'm going to pass this onto as many people as possible. I think the mission formation out. There are not even having the information really hurts new drivers specially owner-operators and lease purchase

If you can get $1.45 a mile now a days you can feel like you won the lotto. This is the reason everyone is leaving the trucking business. Only brokers are making money.
