If you’ve ever wondered when to start booking your Walt Disney World dining reservations or Magical Extras then this is for you.
Your My Disney Experience should be completely setup and you’re going to want to make sure you have a credit card on file.
At 60 days out from your Walt Disney World vacation, you can start making your dining reservations and magical extras.
If you have a Disney Package you are able to book your magical extras starting at midnight EST of the 60 day mark and dining reservations starting at 6AM EST. This will need to be done on the Disney app or website.
If you have tickets only and no package the same applies to you EXCEPT, you will need to make reservations one day at a time for everyday of your trip. That means waking up each morning 60 days out on each vacation day to make your reservations.
When you make reservations make sure you select everyone in your party. You’ll also need to agree to the terms and conditions plus put your cellular number in.
If you’re making a reservation for Cinderella’s Royal Table or Hoop-Dee-Doo musical revue, you will have to pre-pay for those at time of reservation while the other reservations will just use your card to hold them.
Most reservations can be cancelled 2 hours before the start but some require at least 24 hours notice.
