Orel was the best. As a young Indians fan growing up I was blessed enough to see him in person. In the bay area at an A's game I was the only kid watching him warm up with sandy Alomar Jr. He came over and handed me the ball... I was so stunned I could barely speak lol I have that ball framed above my desk this very day. I'll be buried with it haha

I mailed a card to Hershiser back in 1988 to his home, and he mailed it back to me in a SASE. Very cool auto. 😀 He use to attend the same church we attended.

The Stras/Zim relic card was one of the only ones I noticed was Game Used/Worn. So that’s cool. A shame those tools of the trade cards are triple napkins. I loved the 2004/2005 Tools of the Trade where you could get a hat, shoe, jersey and batting glove relic all on one card.

Does anyone else have an issue with Panini never honoring their redemptions? I’ve submitted 2 since May 2021 and am just being ignored when I inquire about their status! Disappointing! 🤔😞

I've never had issues, sometimes they take awhile but they do come. More often than not it's the player that is slowing down the process.

Yeah I had an Alejandro Kirk rookie auto and got it back within a few months. Now Topps on the other hand…the scratch off was trash so I had to mail it in. Been months and it’s not even showing up on the website yet.

Ok this one has me worried. I see 3 possible scenarios for this case. 1 - All cases are like this. (Highly unlikely) 2 - Erik got a hot case!! (Very likely) 3 - Panini knew this case was going to Jabs and LOADED it. That Kaboom is THE single best Kaboom this year. (Slighly Possible) If it is indeed #3, this is BAD for the hobby, as the rest of us that buy a box expecting to pull 6 hits will be disappointed. I'm going with #2. Hot case. What do you guys think??

I like the Selig auto. Like it or not, baseball needed the steroid era. Had it not been for the offensive influx, baseball would’ve been dead in the water after the strike.
