Balancing PG and University exams are extremely different...i am suffering from that.

Always try to do the baseline matter first which would be common for both the purposes that is your classes,notes, question bank and book reading, after that whenever you have prof exams focus on your important topics and in your internship focus more upon PG oriented topics.

Pediatrics or medicine which should be done before like..they are similar in systemic..Part so..after doing till neonatology.. can we study from medicine part and..go fastly thorugh pedia..then.

Yes neonatology can be done, but for systemic ; study medicine first. Even surgery before paeds would also be better in topics like TEF, Intestinal obstruction etc.
