we looooove a Brighton vlog! I hate it when I go into The Works and find the books I've bought full price in there, now I always go to The Works first 😅

Yep, I almost made that mistake with The Storied Life of AJ Fikry. Thankfully it wasn’t in Waterstones at the time but The Works were selling it for £3. In your defence, I wouldn’t have thought Bride would have been in the Works so quickly after release but I happen to see one of Ellen Catherine’s vids where she was told about it but unfortunately for her they weren’t selling it. The other two places I would suggest is Asda and Tesco. Yes the selections are small but they do have some decent deals (Bride was £5.50 in Tesco)

Hi, always go to the works first, then Waterstones. I think we have all learned a lesson in that, myself included xx

I usually do 100%! Me and Riley planned our walking route around Brighton that day and had everything perfect (I’ve now learned my lesson and will never sacrifice The Works first for anything)🤣😭

Fredrik Backman is an amazing author, one of my favourites but I have struggled to get into The Beartown trilogy. I would recommend anything by him even Beartown regardless.
