Changing curve radius on its corners to fix it on a curved surface was a pretty bad idea, please be careful with that. Because it makes that thing larger in all directions, so the corners will become "thicker". So they will go more in than needed where the shape goes in, and more out where the shape goes out. In this case it didnt look too bad and i didnt even notice it to be honest and thought it was a good idea, but that solution is a pretty bad solution. The workaround could be scaling it on a certain axis once converted to mesh to remove the unwanted fatness. If this isnt clear let me know ill make a followup.

22:00 Can't you like... Use the shift + E tool on the edges instead of the bevel? It basically tells the subdivision surface modifier what edges should it should keep sharp by dragging the subdivided geometry away of them.
