how to make Sorrell fruit cake using the sorrel purea.

mixed fruits

sorrel purea
wine
rum.

Can dry sorrel be used, because fresh sorrel is not available where I'm at?

Maybe you have to do your research (testing). The fresh sorrel is more potent and richer in colour
