At one point in time I was so excited knowing my tablet will be unlocked but when I got to the point of saying "open Google" it stopped and didn't open the response I got was "Not sure how to help with open Google" Thanks anyway

Now.... Do hard reset, after tablet turn on, do not connect to Wifi network, connect to personal hotspot from other android phone and repeat steps for bypass Google account. Post result here.
