That's the Irish for you. We're quick to buy you a pint for any reason. "Oh, it's Tues.¿ Let's go grab a pint". There's an old Irish expression that says simply "a stranger is only a friend we haven't met yer". Irish are a real friendly lot. But don't cross us. And may God have mercy on your soul should you do something to a loved one.

Well, it's not even just that her skill has improved, but that she also creates her own orchestral soundtrack so that she can sync it with her timing and she also got a new microphone that picks up her violin with greater accuracy. I suspect that she may have also changed bow strings and rosin brands as well, just based on how the bow drags on the newer videos compared to this one. It seems sticky in this one.

Yeah, that's pretty much exactly what I thought, too, except the technical things, 'cause I'm not so much into violin hardware knowledge (that's my GFs part, she's the violinist here, I'm the guitar/bass/drum man xD). And this special song is a very hard piece to do, but so beautiful. It would be so appreciated, if she'd remake it.

lol I hope she decides not to remake this one, I think its wayy better than any other attempt I've seen online. There are others she should remake first, altho I suppose this one couldn't hurt. Definitely the 2nd most meaningful song she has covered.. to me at least. Morrowind being #1.. but it is half skyrim(ick) and ancient at this point.

+GaidenFocus I am very surprised it took this long for this type of response. When we lose the common courtesies and general code of conduct, when profanity, rude and crude behavior is accepted as a normal, we lesson ourselves as a people and as a society. When all is simply a choice with no wrong, then anything goes and we have anarchy and chaos. If profanity is the best way one has to express oneself for both good and bad, then we as a society are failing and all suffer for it. The right to self expression without oppressive remarks or degradation is a certain sign of that failure. This lady presents herself honestly and with class and grace, thus she is showing respect for her audience. She most certainly deserves that respect in return. I would be remiss not to say as much!

Love this vid and the song choice, though you should consider remaking some of these now that you've sharpened your skills. Perhaps you would be able to do it with the actual music in the background toned down a little cuz that violin and flute kinda negatively influences what your violin sounds like to us sometimes. Btw, does this song make anyone think back to the first Fable game for Xbox?

Late to the party here but really wanted to share a story here. My parents watched this movie a long while before they were married and it became one of their favourites (I'm 13) and because they loved it so much, when they ended up getting married my mum actually walked the aisle to 'the blood of chucalain' which is this exact song. I watched the movie recently and can see exactly why they lived it so much
