This is WONDERFUL! Unfortunately I hadn't heard of these people until I found Bob Ross' show again and became so interested in Bob that I watched the documentary with his son Steve. I was born in 1983 and used to watch The Joy of Painting as a child. I wish I had seen this one too! This guy is AMAZING how he just SWOOPS some paint on that canvas and there goes a perfect leaf! AND THOSE THORNS were perfect! And he never cleans the brush! Amazing! (And that wonderful personality!) I'm a fan!

i love the easy carefree illustrations of painting this man approaches painting roses makes you want to just pick up your brushes and feel u can do exactly the same.... i love him

Beautiful technique. Great pacing, very peaceful and forceful at the same time. You are a fantastic teacher. I am trying to paint yellow roses in a white wicker basket. The background is a grey dark blue. I am a bit intimidated by the roses. I am watching many tutorials and practicing. Tomorrow I will practice again and then go to the definite work on the canvas I mentioned. I truly enjoy painting and spend many hours doing it and hardly notice the passing of time. Thank you so much for your work.
