how do you work the steamer, i poured water in and it nothing came out when i tried

Did you use the extractor after you steamed cleaned the carpets tog et the water out? Or can you just use the steam cleaner on the carpets without extractor? Tia

Depends on the condition. If the carpet not bad I just steam it but if they’re bad I’ll extract.
