We see this often as well. On the dyno, the fuel system has it easy. In the real world, when G forces come into play, it's not uncommon to see your smooth fuel pressure curve start to look different. Happens with the oil pressure too, on certain setups.

The brake light might have come on because the stopper/plug on the brake pedal assembly finally fell off (its towards the top). This is where the brake light switch hits to keep the lights off. Cheap fix is gluing on a coin in its place or just replace the plug.

something to kepe in mind that I am surprised you have not been told, know, or heard before but when you put the engine under more of a load it makes things work harder. having it under a load on an engine dyno is going to be wildly different then when it is ripping down the track which is also going to be wildly different then when driving on the street. This is why you are seeing much higher duty cycle as compared to the dyno runs, the difference in engine load.
