This is so great! Question: I cannot drop a squat that fast. What kind of conditioning could I do to develop that skill? Thanks for all your amazing videos!

Good question! LOL I'd always put the health and preservation of your body ahead of flash & showy, but you can always modify it to be a little less of a drop, and still be fun. If you wanted to train, I'd say some properly done squats, including some in 2nd position (ballet)...get those quad and knees strong. Thanks so much!!!
