Hi De. Mike. Very valuable content. Am considering/preparing to open an internal medicine Telehealth practice. Do you know what are the requirements to obtain radiology and lab facility privileges as I expect I will need to have this available. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Thank you for this video. I wish to practice from my home. Do you think I could rent a UPS mailbox for $20 /month and get a physical address so that I can bill insurance or do I need to get a virtual office which is more expensive?

Dr. Mike. I am working on starting my own telemed business. I am a PA and have an SP in the states I plan to operate (as well as licensure for himself and myself in all of those states.) Are you aware of any legal stipulations regarding cash pay only tele services?

I use VSee for my platform. I charge cash and then the patients use their healthcare for medication and radiology or consults.
