I like the idea behind him, but he needs a companion that is much better then what we have avilable. The hounds we have now are mediocre at best. They should add an epic and legendary hound. I was hoping you would test with Fellhound in cursed set. I know it shouldn’t work this way, but I wonder if it could be coded so that: packmaster gets credit for hex placed on his ally attacks - then if Fellhound attacks (prompted by packmaster) applies hex to the decapitated heads, packmaster might get credit for the purposes of his 20% damage boost.

This guy is not great in my eyes but too unique to skip. And then the question is IF they add another hound, do they redo Packmaster's abilities to include that new hound? Right now it doesnt say any hound but names specifically.

Pretty impressive Fellhound damage! I don’t have him yet but he did more damage than my Trunda in Hydra hard 😂 My Trunda needs some better gear and a soul though. Packmaster does seem fun, I’m going for him just hope they release a new good hound.

Also something to note, fellhounds A1 scales off defense and attack. So if the hound had both increase defense and attack would scale even more. Not super end game but not bad for a rare

Can you try him out with full retaliation set (x3), so he would bring his fellhound fella on every counterattack. That could maximize the dammage from the fellhound if that works. Anyway, thanks for the showcase!

Fellhound is my campaign farmer. He's in full 9 piece slayer set not the best possible accessories or gear just stacked all the pieces that had no speed on him. He clears campaign brutal with room to spare at lvl 50. I also have a couple of fellhounds in the vault hopefully they introduce rare empowerment :).

I think there will be at least one new hound. Remember, Plarium has upcoming fusions planned months in advance. For instance, Adelyn. There were complaints she was no good for the dungeon she was made for. Then Plarium nerfed that dungeon some time later. Also remember, Plarium likes making money with champions people greatly desire. An alpha hound to go with Packmaster would suit that purpose.

They should do a legendary fusion/login Cerberus champ that does like A1. AoE hit. Ignore % defense if counter attack or ally attack a2. AoE provoke a3. AoE slow Passive. idk, maybe move a1 ignore defense to abilities ignore % defense per dog on the team

A heroes path hound would make a lot of sense I hope they do that if the hound is good! If they released a hound that hits super hard and ignores defense and or shields or maybe even Stone Skin then maybe their PVP statement would make more sense. Right now his taunt with reflect damage seems like his best PvP application?

I didn't think about the hound being a free one, I don;t have enough shards for a guaranteed but if the hound was free then I guess I should go for him

The thing is no champ they add will make "him" better. So if your banking on a future hound your just getting a another champ that would combo with him. His kit wouldn't change, his skills wouldnt change. He would still be the same champ. If they plan to recode his kit to include anything new u might as well give him some damage if u do that cause this guy will not help u win hydra clash, taunt loops was already a thing. U can use Dudan to do the same taunt loop with a lil cleanse, levthelin with a counter attack champ like Valkrie in a 9 piece protection set is a better combo cuz then u can target the taunt for who u want to get it. Plus the aoe a1 , packmaster might be a upgrade over green warden as a taunt champ outside of that i dont really need him

I see lot's of people commenting if they add a new hound/s. It is not so hard to imagine, they literally add a bunch of new champs every month. A new hound champ is not at all difficult for them to add if they specifically hinted that they would.

Fellhound is getting most of his attacks from Shyek's abilities. Speed doesn't do much for him, if you change that to damage, his numbers should go up. Because 3 strong attacks is better than 4 weak attacks.

Fellhound is a DEF champion, Padraig was only giving him Inc DEF which is not as good as Inc ATK, especially if you stacked ATK instead of DEF

WE need him to be tested without hounds too , coz even if they released a hound he might not be good , we need to check this champ without his duo

They might just buff all the hounds or add new hounds to the list by just saying any hound in an update I don't have Rimehide or Dracomorph but I think they can count as a hound just for more options

Just saw HH vid on this champ. He doesn't think he's worth it bacause none of the hounds are good and they take the spot of what could be a good champ and he's not good on his own. On the other hand they may come out with a legendary hound he works with.

Not sure. Im actually on fence. I have Emic for cb and hydra. I thought of going for pacemaster cuz of his taunt but i don’t know. Edit: i have decent champions for hydra though. 3 Uugo 3 geo. 3 shamaels. 4 nia. Wixwell Marichka emic. Michinaki. Korugar. Artak. Rathalos. Nekmo and few more. But no trunda. I guess im pretty loaded for hydra LOL.

Lemme make a prediction. People will be mad again. So if the new hound turns out to be great those who don't go for Shy'ek will be mad. If there is no hound/bad hound added those who went for him will be unhappy. Raid checkmated themselves for this one. They shouldn't make any "gamble" champions like that

Speed covered on a different champ? It seems like a high awakened Cruelty AoE with Packmaster's ability to provide multiple hound attacks would be the most efficient.

Brakkus and razelvarg should have been hounds and he would have been OP

I am quite sure plarium will make some whale events for a new dog to go with him to milk out the player base much as possible.. the hounds currently in the game is not somthing i would use for anything

he's kinda meh... if I can add anything to him that can improve him greatly, it would be changing his a1 so it can heal him and his pack, to further makes him a lot viable especially in Hydra where he's main use right now, his a1 should function like madman, so he has a chance to hit everyone making him a good champion on Provoke or Cursed which is pretty important to his kit... He's unique, but that's pretty much it, I also wish they add Brakus into his Pack, then maybe both lego has more playtime

3 Videos so far, and not one youtuber has tried the obviously fun (for the shets and giggles) "Packmaster Shy'ek + Hounds" only team in random content. Come on, i'm interested in doing his fusion just for shets and giggles (i assume, but also hope, that i'm not the only one). If an overpowered dog comes out then it'll still be for the shets and giggles, but will also have a real purpose. But doing all that work just for the 5 mintutes of fun once... i don't know if it's worth it haha. Isn't the point of that testing server with unlimited resources to just try everything ? Silly or not. Is there anyone that has done this fun silly thing out there ?
