Spent almost 2 yrs in the P.I. courtesy of the U.S. Navy, was stationed on a very small ComSta in San Miguel on the island of Luzon...was amazing...remember sitting along the shores of the S. China Sea and watching the now extinct Dodo birds crash land on the beach...memorable experience. The people are a hardy bunch that endure much struggles with Ferdinand Marcos and his Shoe Queen wife....but always had a smile to offer...jeepney rides taught you the art of disembarking at 20mph lol

Soon as we are able to Travel internationally. I shall be putting this on my list and next will be Palawan, Zamboanga, Subic Bay, Cebu Lapu Lapu.

I've never been to this famous tourist destination in the Philippines. I used to play and grew up near a black sand beach in my hometown Bacacay Albay, but seeing this I was truly amazed how beautiful it is. Thanks for the walking tour...you've satisfied me.

I wish DENR check the drainage and sewege system regularly like that in Nice France where the authority check the drainage system every Saturday for cleaness you would not think that the water they were testing was a drainage water because of the cleaness and clearnes of the drain water, BTW, the last part of the video showed a dirt laden shore water probably some of those hotels were dumping dirty water now that we are in pandemic where the authority becomes lax with their duty

Went there last week with my bro and cousin. Great place, it was my first time experiencing such waters before. I've been to beaches before, but wow the ones at Boracay were something else. We did the island hopping tour, wish I was able to go scuba-diving, but the snorkeling was fun too. Hope to go back again. Lots of Korean influences, especially around the D'Mall area.

Not the Boracay I once knew, the sea water looks polluted with algae wich when on my last visit during Apri 2018 was not there. I have been to boracay at least 15 times over the years and it looks so empty obviously due to the SCAMDEMIC, I feel sorry for all those who have lost their job and especially some of the business owners I have got to know and many of the local island people. Let's hope DU30 sees sence and opens up to every one very soon because a big chunk of the Philippines revenue comes from tourism . Who know's I may go back take a look for myself and see the finished project. Nice to see cocoloco still open as food is good as are the cocktails. Is the tree house still there, I saw hey judes that is where I stayed 2018, nice place and just behind is Blue Coral, another nice place to stay. Thank's for sharing a good quality presentation, lots of fond memories meeting some wonderful people there.
