I think it would so cool if you did the 140 team imperialism but switched all of their locations randomly. It would be so difficult and time consuming, but it would be awesome!

you should make it so whoever wins a given game gets to take one of the players from the team they just beat. Also if an team claims unclaimed territory then one of their players get a +2 overall or something

I am a Buckeye fan, but I’m also a casual bearcats fan(Cinci is a college I’m looking at). I knew the transition to the big 12 would be tough, but I didn’t realize it would be as bad as it has been.

Try doing it with every team using their best historical roster.

I think your idea of randomizing the starting locations for all teams would be fantastic! I’ve been binging all the imperialism vids and being a husker fan, the rebuild was great!

You need to do an imperialism that has a team in every state. Even schools that don't have football if needed. For the states with no FBS schools, fill them with either FCS schools such as Rhode Island, or their biggest non-football schools like UVM for Vermont. Yes, even Alaska.

Just an idea, but what could help with so many teams only playing 1 to 2 games in the entire video is having states that have multiple colleges in them play each other first. That way it's almost like state vs state (kind of). Like you could put all the states with 2 or more colleges on a wheel, spin and what ever state it lands on you get all the colleges in that state to play until there is one left (obviously still do the wheel and arrow for what college attacks whch college in their state). Just a thought but I figured it'd help lower the amount of teams that only play like one or two games. Still love the Imperialism videos

Man, as a Utah fan, watching this video after the season, that was rough. It was great to see what could have happened if we had Cam Rising, but losing to UCLA that badly when beat them irl was disappointing. It hurt even more to see the championship between two teams that Utah beat during the regular season without Rising playing a single snap. Oh, what could have been.
